power stroke 6.0 problem

I have a 2003 6.0 ford power stroke. When first starting in morning there is no power and when you accelerate the engine stalls, almost caused an accident.

Sounds to me like you need to take it into the dealer and have them put the latest programming in the truck, sounds like an injector or two sticking to me and the programming will clear that up within a day....

If you are still under the 5/100 warranty they wont charge you IF you come in with a concern they need to reprogram it to fix the concern...

If you are out of warranty or just want it done...it will cost you probably 1 hour of labor to have done at most places....

the biggest thing is it cures the muss, lack of power, and or white smoke on cold starts. It also eliminates the injector buzz and does it a different way, so your truck wont talk back anymore. Other than that....no...its nothing that does anything else for you, so if your not concerned with the above (or havnt had it happen) then its not worth doing...
