00' Excursion 7.3 Won't Start

I have been having some issues with my X. First it would just die while driving down the highway...but start back up... Started having some trouble starting it and Now it will crank but will not start. I have replaced the CPS, Fuel Filter, batteries checked all the fuses and relays. I replaced the fuel pump today...now when I turn the key over for the "wait to start" there is some kinda buzzing noise. And I cannot hear the fuel pump kick on...And it will not start after replacing the fuel pump Anyone have any Ideas? Much Thanks
