truck side trailer wiring no power

I got a new truck and the trailer plug doesnt work and need to tow skidsteer tonight for snow removal.

I swapped the 7 wire plug and harness off of my old truck up to the first connector. (the about 1 foot of harness to the connector that pluggs in under the bed. i have ground at the plug but all other terminals have no power no lights or brakes.

Found a fuse I missed before. It seems to be working now at least with a test light. I havent hooked it up to the trailer yet but it seems all good
