cctowing450,rough idle,serious loss of power

had a diagnostic recently and i was told i had 3 injectors go bad,then i was told by another mechanic that its a strong possibility that its a wiring harness under the valve covers ,need some help before i spend a lot of money, new to the diesel world!

thank you its a 2000 f450 superduty 7.3 psd, its my only tow truck and it seems like i fix one thing and another part breaks,i just bought the truck in febuary and i have already put a brand new turbo,and about $500 in diagnostics,it ran like brand new when i first bought it ,then out of no were it gradually started idling rough hard to start in the mornings ,and i live in virginia beach ,virginia its pretty warm,and i still have to plug it up or it will not start in the morning,i can use all the help i can get before i order injectors and wiring harness,thanx
