Help!! 911!!911?

alright i got my ts chip from mr.ups today, i went to put it in and the box has a NVK4 code and my truck has a NVK5 code. can i still use it or no? i gota have my truck by morning so do think i should put it back together and send the chip back?

i called ts, closed. so i called dicount power part's,great guy's. they answered the phone even thou it was way past closeing time. anywho, they said put it in and try it, if it dont start it's the wrong one. as my luck would have it, it's the wrong one.

okay, i dont know if dpp has friends on low places or friends in high places. either way they called me YESTERDAY and asked about my chip. i got home TODAY and theres a new one sitin there waitin for me. it's in and works perfect. dpp if you catch this i still have the other chip. my mom was there when fedex came and they told her they wouldnt take the other one. they said they needed a sticker or somethin. ??? let me know what to do with it. oh and thank's for dealin with me.

lmao.....i think DPP has too much time on his hands if he can take care of stuff that fast.....but hey DPP....do you only sell parts for cars.....or do you sell parts for women too.....i could use that kind of turnaround if one doenst make her willing

Well, Im glad a plan can come together for us like that, but there should have been a return sticker with the new chip. I will crack the whip on Larry tomorrow and get this figured out.

Well sounds like you had to wait forever to get the right chip. I think it was what like 12 hours? Anyway, there should be an email coming to you that can be used as a return label. Just print it and use that. Any other concerns give us a call.

Suppliers aren't everything DPP if you don't have the proper Customer Service and obviously you guys do!
