I will say this....we ALWAYS do the very best we can for each and every customer. When I say that, I mean prices, speed of service, and offering of our time and/or experiances on the phone or email...or yes..... on here .... with no pushy sales crap.
I talk to folks all the time and I tend to open thier eyes to options and products that they may have not been considering. In the end they normally hang up and say they need time to think and study....and I am good with that. I would rather you take the time to get the right product for you from someplace else, than buy the wrong one from me and return it and cause me loss of money and headaches...lol.
I also always try to take care of a persons problem like it was my very own truck with that problem. How long do I want it to take for MY truck to get fixed, or parts to get replaced......YESTERDAY!
In saying all of that, there are always going to be times where I goof up something, or something or someone gets lost in the shuffle. I am human, and to error is human.
I do appreciate your praise, but for all the good I do, there is always something burning in the background that I forgot about or missed. I am always sorry when it happens, but when your trying to be everything for everybody...customers, spouses, children, friends.....you tend to spend some time spinning out of control! So, even if you have had a slighted experiance from another vender...have some compassion, I do not feel that we (or me in specific) are really better than anyone else. We do our best, we strive to always please and to always improve, and we always put the customer first. God bless and good bye.
