fried the chip?
I posted up some ?'s a week ago about the pcm in a 99 F350. We ended up replacing the PCM. It now runs with out the chip plugged into the PCM. It works as normal. When we plug the ATS 6 pos. into the PCM (with out the truck running and key off) The truck will no longer turn the wait to start light on and will not start. As soon as we un-plug the chip the truck will run. The original PCM code XLE4. The PCM that the dealer gave us has the code XLE8. TIA
