fan clutch..

I'm tryin to take the fan clutch off without any power tools ;x i made a wrench to fit over the 4 bolts on the pully and i'm tryin to spin the nut off with a pipe wrench and hammer lol correct me if i'm wrong but dose the fan clutch spin off clock wise? and also dose anyone have any other ideas on how i should do this?

the fan clutch is right hand threads, so righty tighty lefty loosy applies here... just a suggestion its AOLT easier if u can get a fan clutch rmoval tool from NAPA or Discount. trust me your hands and nuckles will thank me.

oh its there its on the same page as bushed knuckle lol I still can't break that **** nut loose i think i need power tools errrrrr i guess i have to do this at work where i have all my tools and air... ;\

ha try takin the entire motor out like im doin for the second time ull have smashed fingers busted nuckles oily arms ALOT of bad words and more dropped tools than u even want to count

Look at the direction that the fan turns to pull air through the radiator. To remove, turn assembly in opposite direction.
