I.C. boot info needed
I'm posting this in two places, cuz I'm in BIG need of some help. thanks
I got my TN and spearco in the other day, and so I'm trying to put in the intercooler. I've gotten the other one out, and the new one in just fine, but I'm lost on the boots. I recieved two boots, a 3"-3", and a 3"-3 1/4", and a piece of 3" tubing with flared ends. I can't see how I can do it without using one of the stock boots. That doesn't make sense, though, because the stockers are 2 1/2 at the smallest, which will obviously kill airflow, which is half the point of dropping $$$ on an aftermarket I.C. I didn't get any instructions, so I'm just wingin' it, but I'm stuck right here. It just doesn't make sense to me. I'd GREATLY appreciate any help. I sent an email to the vendor, but it's Saturday afternoon, so that's probably hopeless till monday. thanks in advance bryan |
