Need a little help for my loss of boost

I have a 2005 F-350 with under 34,000 miles...

I have lost most of my boost, about half is now gone and it sounds like there is a small jet under my hood.

The dealer will not fix my truck until I return the factory parts back to my truck.I have what they term as a "high performance air intake system" and a "high performance free flowing exhaust system".My filter is AFE and my exhaust is Magnaflow and I certainly do not want to put the stock crap back on because I do not have it anymore.

And all my hoses are connected none blew apart.

This is my second dealer, the first had no problem working on anything...only thing was his techs were probably better suited for the fast-food industry instead of the automotive repair industry.

does it by chance sound like it has an exhaust leak? there is a tube with a bellows on it that is prone to breaking and the truck will sound off and boost will be low. Check it out!!
