How long did you crank on it. may take a while to get air out of the system. may have to use small shot of eather to spin the engine faster.

When you turn the key, is the fuel pump coming on for a bit? Like 2000 7.3 6speed said, it may just have air in the line. Cycling the pump a bunch of times "Should" re-prime the line....

OTOH, it is an '09, it should be under warranty.

I blead the water/seperator line and checked the fuel filter. Both were full of fuel. So there is fuel goin to the engine. Just not starting.

If i am correct..(???) you should be able to remove the fuel filter and fill it with fesh oil and it will help reprime the system.

If that does not work, you need to bleed the air out of the LP side of the system at the test port.

Cycle the fuel pump 15 times. Then crank it. If it doesn't start, crack the fuel filter just enough so that any trapped air escapes. Re-tighten and cycle the fuel pump another 15 times. Do this enough and it will start.
