96 stroke kickin my butt

I am new here and i have a problem with my truck, its a 1996 7.3 f-350 4 door luxury truck 5 speed, it has been idling rough and blowing white smoke, but for the last few weeks its been blowing browish black like a pissed off bulldozer, now it has been shutting itself off when i first start it up after several hours of sitting, after it starts and i get it to temp the truck seems to run ok, it is down on power, I have been trying to find what is wrong but with no luck. The truck has no mods and only has 137,000 miles on it. no check engine lights no nothing can anyone tell me what the crap is going on. thanks guys

Does the coolant look ok or does it look like fuel or oil mixed in with it? What does the oil look like? Is it low on oil?

137K isn't a whole lot of miles. I have 339K on mine.

Check back regularly and "bump" this up to the top. There are some super sharp people on here with extensive knowledge of these trucks and are eager to help.

Any chance you have a code reader or can get one and plug it in the OBD and see what it reads?

Good luck,
Craig

All of the fluids look normal in the truck I am sure its not a head gasket, intake gasket maybe, The oil is clean and full no problems there.

IIRC it tells you if your injectors are working correctly. Any chance on putting a code reader on it?

Put your location in your profile and someone may be near enough to run over and pull codes for you.
