oil leak pretty much pinpointed

i have a slow oil leak..... lots of condensation in the valley especially on this line towards back of valley passenger side dont no what it is but its pretty much by its self and it has some sort of metal rod that goes into the valve cover...... and lots of condensation on passenger side of turbo pedastool...... every were else like the hpop is pretty much dry and oil free..... about three to four drops a night.... any ideas?

ya i have read that thing like ten times...... im pretty sure its coming from the drain hole right at the base of the turbo passanger side....... what do i do to fix that? tighten it or is there an o ring i have to replace? any idea?

alright my leak is eather comeing from the head gasket or this other little thing on the driver side rear of the valley
