You had it code read and found two seemingly unrelated codes? The truck now runs but has a slight miss? Have you cleared the codes and seen if any beside 603 come back? Do you have access to a spare IDM you could try? How much have you tried to run the truck and how bad does the miss seem.
this is no slight miss this truck is only running on the drivers bank , it dose'nt have the power to get up the drive way . I have swapped parts from drivers bank to pass ( vc gaskets , harness,e ) and the driver side always runs and the pass never . for the first couple seconds it runs and ssound great but imediatly the engine light comes on and it drops the right bank ,and the engine srarts laboring violently . I unplugged all the 4 engine harness plugs and with the switch on I checked all the terminals with a multi meter and all have 12 v on the outside terminals so i assume what ever is going on is happening after startup ,I have only driven this truck three times in the last year , but the last time i tried i touched the break pedal at the stop sign near my shop and boom she lost power and i barely made it back that was three months ago and i just got around to working on it last week , I posted a pic of the wireing harness i found toasted under the vc but its been replaced ,I still have the scanner in the floor board and i cleared the codes but they came back the sme 2
