The fronts include the bushings, washers and nut for the top. Stock hardware on the bottom.
Rears use stock hardware.
For the Rize 6" we run the following:
Bilstein 5100 - 5"-6" Front Lift Application - 2005-2008 Superduty 4wd - 5100 Series (Lifted Applications) - Truck Toyz Store
Bilstein 5100 - 3"-4" Rear Lift Application - 2005-2008 Superduty 4wd - 5100 Series (Lifted Applications) - Truck Toyz Store
The 3-4" listed for the rear is because the rear is 3-4" taller than stock with a 6" suspension lift in the front.
