603 is nothing, it just sets that one when computer power is cycled which can be caused by disconnecting batteries or changing tunes with a programmer. It’s nothing to worry about (Keep Alive Memory) just lets the Ford folks know if you’ve been messing with the computer so they can void the warranty.

470 is a problem with the EBP (exhaust back pressure) sensor. It is located above the water pump and has a tube that runs to the passenger manifold, it works with the EBPV (exhaust back pressure valve) which is a butterfly valve in the turbo exhaust outlet and is operated by engine oil piston actuator in the turbo pedestal. This whole conglomeration of parts is supposed to aid in warm up time in really cold weather. Sometimes it could be the sensor but a lot of times the tube is either clogged or rotted out. I have removed all of that crap from my truck.
Neither of these codes will cause the truck to not run or miss.
