I'm not sure which link you are looking at, but the one I did is a swithc on the dash with an LED to show when its on. Inder the dash I mounted a potentiometer which adjusts the idle speed. The wires hook to the wires coming out of the gas pedal. Send me the link you have, so I can see if it's the same one.
