You have got it, I just did my power door locks yesterday. Pry the little cover off up at the top, at the front of the door off. It will pull straight out. Pry the power window/lock cover up starting at the forward most point. Unplug everything and remove the small screw holding the panel on. Now pop the reflector out and remove the screw. Twist and push the little light through the panel. Now you can just lift the door panel up and out.
