The door panels are going to lift up after you remove the screws from underneath the power window/lock panel, that lifts up from the front of that panel first. If there is a panel that runs along the back part of the door vertical to the window, you will need to remove that too. There is a screw behind the red reflector on the doors as well. The backs, I can only picture the F-150 doors but I think they are pretty similar,the top piece just snaps off, then you will see what you need to do, those are fairly self explanatory. I would do three ways if you are not going to run an amp, it will give you a broader level sound. Keep in mind this, those factory speakers give you good amount of bass. You will be sacrificing a little of that bass but you will gain more clarity. Also, on the factory speaker clips, the clip side wires are your positives. Hope this helps!
