Ive done this swap now twice in 2 different Super Duty's. You dont have to drill any holes in either truck. The captains chairs and the console are all mounted on 1 frame that goes in and comes out like a bench seat. Not 3 different peices.
If the bench seat truck now has the steel tray under the rear seat, you will be left with an empty bolt hole and a hole in the carpet after you switch to the captains chairs but its an easy fix. The 07 Lariats came with plastic covers that snap on to the front 4 bolts for the back seats. You will just have to buy a pair of those bolt covers from a Ford dealer and an extra seat bolt for the empty hole.
In the truck getting the bench seat you will have to cut the carpet to find the extra hole. Its already there from the factory for either seats.
When you are sitting in the rear drivers side seat, its the bolt below your right foot.
