when i first got my truck,i hauled my 5th wheel which admitantly i overload and it is on occasion around 22000lbs. and i ended up in a campground that was down a 32% grade but when i got down there it was full. let me tell you , the climb back up was insane, 32% grade and 4 m iles long with a 25 mile/hr limit. i had it floored the whole way but about 1/2 of the way up the tranny started slipping and no matter what i did with the throttle it wouldnt go. I stopped on the side of the road and let it idle for about 10 minutes thinking it was too hot or something ,but then it has been fine ever since. i think it just needed to get a good *** kicking to break it in. just giver it'll be fine. and if something does break, get er fixed on warranty. its just that easy.
