Also the stabilizer replacement is a generic white shock. The stabilizer was installed at the same location where the brackets were for the original stabilizer. Are we supposed to move the bracket further out when installing a new stablizer. Do I need to make changes or adjustments. PLEASE HELP.

Bilsteins are nitrogen charged mono tube shocks so their orientation does not effect their operation.
You install them so that the decals on them are facing the right side up....which on 99-04s is body up, boot down.

As for any adjustments for the stabilizer, only if the shock you are using has different dimensions/travel you might need to shift the bracket that's on the tie rod to set it up properly.
