Problem in the COLD

Well as you may know, New England has had a very mild winter so far, it has not been cold at all, but this morning it was 8 degreese out which was a HUGE change from the weather we have been having. My question is this.... My 99 PSD leaks Diesel fuel from the drain tube coming from the fuel seperator bowl ONLY when its cold. The fuel drips out of the line (not really a steady stream, but a good drip) until the motor is warmed up and I drive it a little bit then it stops. I think the leak is caused by the o-rings inside the drain valve mechanism. As soon as the motor creates some heat and runs for a while the leak stops, which I think is beacuse the o-rings expand and create a proper seal.

Anyone out there come across this same problem?? I think I need to replace that valve and o-ring mechanism with a rebuild kit.
