Jarrod, My van has a step bumper but it has the flat floor, in other words there are no wheel wells inside the box, which raises the box up about 10 to 12 inches higher than your regular e350 van. I would like to use the frame rails to attach a bumper hitch and not just the bumper itself, thus the hard part in getting the tongue of the trailer not to be too high.

Remember this is a box van, not a passenger van, big difference in the ride height.
