I have been trying to diagnose a fuel consumption issue(its very low like 8-10 mpg). I have performed routine maintinence on the vehicle. New tires, I use lucas every other fillup and that seems to improve my mileage slightly, but not consistently. (14-16 mpg) I have to replace the rear u-joints, will do that this weekend. Could dirty injectors be the cause?
