Are you talking about the 05-07 front end or the or the 08? The 05-07 front end is no more than a bumper headlights and grill could easily come across all that second hand on ebay or salvage yards withing a few weeks to month.
The 08 front I am not even sure about the frame mounting, but you are talking all new pieces from dealer, bumper grill headlights fenders, hood, and all supporting brackets, it has to be 3-5K in parts!! for a "look".
I would start off with a solid 7.3 that doesnt have a bad maintanece history, drive it, love it, grad college and when you arent strapped for $ get the truck you really want.
