Emissions warning light

I'm new at forums, so please bare with me.

I have a 2002 F-250 with 7.3. with Banks Power-Pak. 55,000 miles. The "emissions" warning lght came on. Book has little info. Says possible poor fuel, try refueling, if that doesn't clear the light, take to dealer.

I've refueled, purged the fuel filter and cleaned the K&N air filter. Light still "ON", but truck seems to be running fine? Any other suggestions or help would be appreciated. The dealer just stuck me with a 900 dollar bill for replacing my fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit and I don't want to take it back to them unless I have too.
