Well, I guess I should be looking for a manual trans then.
I had tranny problems with my previous F350, a 1990 with a gas 460. Even with tranny cooler, that tranny would overheat bigtime when pulling my work trailer. I don't want the same problems again.
I will drive the truck without the trailer a fair bit, and snow and ice are a fact of life here. I am in Hamilton in the Bitterroot Valley.
