Bypass Oil Filter?

I would like to put one of these on my rig. I read, in another forum, that Ford (or International) had a problem with using a bypass oil filter on the Powerstroke because it might sap off oil pressure needed to operate the injectors. It was just one post saying that, but I don't want to spend money on something that I'm just going to have to take off and sell to a Dodge owner at a reduced price!! I'm leaning toward not believing that one post, but I wanted to run it by y'all before I took the leap and bought the kit. Of course the systems all seem to be overpriced for what you get, and/or the replacement filters are overpriced. But, what're ya gonna do?
