That looks like a Fabtech 3.5" hanger on the front. Since it was painted blue, it makes me 99.9% positive. I believe Fabtech is the only manufacturer to offer the blue paint. As well, Fabtech offers 2 hanger systems, one with a rear drop shackle and one without.

Definitely stock shackle though and the rear is definitely a stock F350 block (3 5/8").
