I have a 20' box trailer, it weighs about 3500 pounds empty, I get 17mpg in my 2000 superduty 4x4, thats on the highway and keeping it at 70 mph, I drop to 10 mpg pulling the trailer empty at the same speed, I do have oversize tires and a lift, but the square front trailer is like pulling a billboard, the v-nose has got to be worth a few miles per gallon, I guess it just depends how far and how often you will be pulling it. around town it probably would not make to much difference.
