Because they aren't WALMART!! Unless their warranty clearly states money back guarntee they are under no legal obligation to refund you the purchase price. The difference might be if you never installed the turbo and returned it exactly as they shipped it to you, but that isn't the case here. I think you could get 50% after having it rebuilt.
