Ok this may sound dumb, in fact it probably is dumb..but how do you get this stupid spare tire out from under the truck?? I put the flat end of the rod (mounted on top of the radiator) into the hole next to the license plate but I'll be darned if I can get it to grab onto anything in there. I shined a flashlight and all I see is a flat metal surface..no key-way or anything to turn..what gives here? I've never owned a truck before so the way this spare is mounted is a 1st for me. Any help would be appreciated..thanks!!
