Yeah that will get them on your side!!! Unless they offered a refundable warranty you are bound by them repairing the one you have. I would buy a stocker to have on the shelf when these times happen. What did you do with the stock turbo? Your best bet would be to purchase what you want, when you pull the TN off and put the new one on then send the TN back for a rebuild, this way no down time. When you get the TN back put it on Ebay you would be surprised how many folks have no idea there is a problem with them. Those on diesel forums that actually understand what a turbo is and does is probably less than 10% of diesel owners!!
