3.08 gears are off the shelf, Yukon, Ford, etc., not custom...but I agree. CC/SB w/ no major MPG mods is definitely not going to get near 24mpg. TS chip is not aimed for highest MPG, Dave has a special MPG tune that he runs IIRC.
