Did you figure this out yet? Even if there is no play in the wheel bearings they can still cause noise so be sure to spin the wheel off the ground and listen for strange sounds

I skipped on the dynatrac kit and replaced my stuck and "clicking while turning" hubs with warn units and love them.

I have worked on vehicles were I had the front end in the air and with the vehicle turned off needed to cycle the steering left or right for various brake/suspension repairs...after the work was completed on test drives on certain cars and trucks I have noticed a strange vib. and sluggish power steering. I think a ps system that may have a small leak is able to suck in air and until it bleeds itself all the way out will affect the ps pumps performance, causing vibrations.
