OLD SCHOOL :
Disconnect both batteries. Re-connect one positive lead; just touching battery post. If there is a considerable amount of spark ... You have a short. Remove fuses one by one. Checking that battery lead each time. Hope this helps.
P.S. any added power leads disconnect first
