Replaced some stuff on the truck tonite that was broke. I went to start it to pull it out of the shop and bang! Belt comes flying off, rips the radiator hose off and makes a huge mess. After searching for 30 mins I came to find out that the stupid belt tensioner is bad. It had almost an inch of in and out play in it so it caused it to toss the belt. So I had to pull the coolant overflow tank, and take each of the 2 pulleys off the tensioner to get to the bolt that hold it to the block. Then I smashed my hand trying to break it loose.
Since its 11 at night all auto parts stores are closed. So my truck is at the shop 15 miles from my house along with a cummins shipping crate that broke down, a town down 84 chevrolet and a Buggy Im supposed to haul to a buyer in the morning. So my weekend has started out pretty crappy... O and the wife and son left for phoenix thursday. Ok end rant
