I don't have a boost gage. However the last time I had a computer on it towing my trailer up a grade it showed 19psi. I not real familar with tech terms "up pipe". I assume you are speaking of the pipes and hoses before the turbo. If that is the case I will check it for leaks. Will I hear the leaks? Thanks
