Thanks for replying - better late than never!
As it turns out we took our trip to the mountains and blew our transmission on the way up one of the mountains. (Needless to say that put a little 'crimp' on the financial end of the vacation) Now we have a Jasper transmission with a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty and have had no problems. Our old transmission was just at 100,000 miles anyway and we KNEW it was the weak link in our 7.3 diesel truck!
But we still want to put an exhaust system on our truck BEFORE our next trip which hopefully will be next summer.
