No the new ones are junk!!! They are going out way more often than the old ones did and we all know how often they went out. If you are using the new ones I actually recommend carrying two of them as I have seen several bad right out of the bag. $16 each vs the $189 they use to charge is a big savings, just means you may have to change them more aften. There are still some of the older ones sold on Ebay for around $50. Choice is yours.
