Would a bad GEM cause High beam problems? In our '98.5 SD the high beams only work when they feel like it. Bulbs and fuses are OK, but I can't figure this one out. Also, the interrior light stays on after the engine is cranked sometimes, and the dad-burn-dinger stays on when the door is open and the key out.
