Hey thanks Dave once you put a tune on it is going to be ALOT different and i do mean alot , i dont think the turbo is going to give more power over stock w/o a tune really. Im just wondering do you see any differance in EGTS at all ? Just elimintating the stock turbos quirkiness with the Hesitation and extreme lag at times esp if you get on it hard let off the pedel then get back in it you know is a good reason to switch the Variable vane is pain esp if youve let your truck sit like i did ....Im sure the humidity and stuff contributes to the vanes sticking and such if your not driving it , ive been driiving it now much more and it seems alot better . My truck runs great with an 80 Hp tune ive run the 140hp tune (Using PPEs programer but the SCT is the one to do so its been said ) and never had any problems , boilovers etc , i just decided to be alot more conservative with Ford and the dealers busting balls over mods , one dealer already told me they would not work on truck with the mods i have ( Same as you basicly: Intercooler , intake , exhaust ) . another thing is i think it takes some driving for the computer to learn when you change something or do a tune i could be wrong if anyone has anything to contibute to that idea please say something .
