Go grab the October issue of "
Diesel Power" Magazine. I just read an article in there that doing the DPF delete is Illegal and it voids your warranty. Interestingly, the article also goes on to show which companies have the regeneration delete in their programmers, which is broken down by Duramax, Cummins and PowerStroke.
