Howdy. I think I can help you with the Oasis report.

It tells me that this truck needs to get the cam position sensor replaced (free recall from Ford)

It (at least the "drivetrain")should actually have a 5/100,000 warranty, but the previous owner has bought some sort of extra coverage for the first 75K. I think the 75K warranty the previous owner bought was like the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty, but lasts 75K instead of 36K. It may or not be transferable to you if you purchase the truck..
