Yeah it does! I have had the wife run past me on the road to hear it, taken video of it, I leave the passenger window down so I can hear it. That just so happens to be where my 2 year old sits too, she likes the new sound as well.
It makes a very well heard flutter when running and when you get on it, it gets loud outside of the truck but most def recommended!
