FYI, for the OP orig question, I believe most manufactures 'Nitro' just means Nitrogen charged and better for offroad, thus stiffer ride. Hydro is usually a better onroad type of shock. Smoother ride, but not what u want if u run alot of offroad.
but definitely get the proper Bilstein 5100's , much much better all around ride
