Kurt makes very good point. You will have to spray to get that kind of HP. I have run out of air on the top end. I firmly believe that these folks who are doing all these bigger injectors ( larger than 190s) with single turbos) end up being disappointed beause they are not able to support them, turbo-wise. You are looking at having to most likely go to a compound set-up, big oil, big fuel and the likes. IMHO, I don't think it is worth the amount of money you would have to spend and I don't know just how street-able it would really be when you are done. So, I concur with Kurt on this one. Now, you want that kind of HP, look at what Spartan has done with the 6.4 and minimal mods and his tuner. Yes he has added some bigger mods as well and gotten bigger numbers but he is still on a stock tranny thru it all. There are some 6.0L out there with big numbers but they have dropped some serious coin and they have not held together and some of them ended up going the .cummins conversion route.
