You can get wireless routers cheap, a card for your laptop would be cheap too, not sure about the price for the Xbox, if that is just a standard USB wireless adapter, those are cheap as well. Even after buying all them, it would still probably be cheaper than buying the wire, wall jacks, plates, punch down tool, etc
