I know this first hand. my boat is about 5k loaded and my 1500 cheeby worked HARD to hold 60 mph and I only got 8mpg pulling it. now with my PSD i get on the freeway set the cruse at 65 and forget its back there and I am getting 14 to 15 pulling the boat!

con. the ford is a truck and will not ride as nice as the chebby.

pro. 1000 bux in performance mods to the diesel will have you grinning ear to ear.
